Robin Cottage
Robin Cottage is the larger of our two cottages and has been renovated to a high standard. It retains original features whilst having a fresh modern look.
Accommodation
Ground Floor: Entrance via a stable door to a cosy lounge with wood burning stove set in the original fireplace, comfy modern sofa and TV/DVD with i-pod dock. A doorway leads to the separate kitchen-diner with electric cooker-dishwasher, fridge, dining table and patio doors with Juliette balcony and lovely views across the valley.
First floor: Solid oak flooring throughout the upstairs gives a cosy feel. A small landing leads to the bedroom with old-style metal framed double bed. Enjoy your morning cuppa in bed as you admire views across the surrounding farmland. Across the landing is the bathroom comprising toilet, washbasin, bath with good pressure shower over, and heated towel rail. The bathroom also enjoys great views over the valley.
Garden: There is a large, shared wildlife garden with excellent views across the valley. In the garden ther is a birdhide for the use of guests, a wildlife pond, and a picnic table for eating out on sunny evenings, or just take your gin and tonic and enjoy the views and the birdsong!
Parking: The cottage has a designated parking space about 50 metres uphill from the cottage.
